Improved search facilities on Sri Aurobindo Ashram's site :

When one clicks the button -  on the home page of www.sriaurobindoashram.org.in [.com / .info], one is directed to SearchQuery.aspx page.

·        By default, the search is performed on the entire E-Library i.e. all the works of the Mother and Sri Aurobindo, Ashram magazines various books written by the disciples.

·        By checking or un-checking -the tick box, one can search only from any selected works.

·        When ones clicks on + symbol, each selection of works is expanded. One can keep on expanding each level by clicking on the + signs below.

·        It is possible to search only in selected book by checking on the book of choice. This way one can select one or more books from Sri Aurobindo's works and /or The Mother's works and/or the disciples' books and perform search on these selected books.

·        We have also provided three choices for the type of search, (i) All Words (ii) Any Word (iii) Exact Expression.

·        What ever is entered in the text box of  "Search numerous spiritual sites:"   gets the results after searching selected  many spiritual sites. Most of these sites are related to The Mother and Sri Aurobindo  and many other sites of great Masters like Ramkrishna Paramhansa, Vivekananda, Raman Maharshi, Ma Anandamayi etc...  You can contact us to Suggest a site to be included for this search.

·        One can directly search the folder while reading any page. e.g. you are reading  BANDE MATARAM , you can see a text box and Search in folder button below the top menu. Just type the text you want to search, Now see top navigation link, search will be performed in this case on "Home > E-Library > Works Of Sri Aurobindo > English > Sabcl > Bande Mataram Volume-01 >" folder. If you wish to search entire SABCL, click on  SABCL on the navigation link, you will be directed to   Home > E-Library > Works Of Sri Aurobindo > English > Sabcl  page, fill in the text box below the menu and you will get desired results.
